These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use apply to all transactions carried out on the Fortuna Watches website. By accessing the Site and using its services, you fully accept these General Terms and Conditions.

Fortuna Watches is a site specialized in the purchase, sale, and consignment of luxury watches. The Site allows users to sell watches, buy pre-owned watches, or put their watches on consignment.
3. Site Usage Terms
3.1. Registration: To access the Site’s services, users must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3.2. Selling Watches: Users who wish to sell a watch must provide a complete and truthful description of the product. Fortuna Watches reserves the right to refuse any product that does not meet its quality criteria.
3.3. Buying Watches: The watches available for purchase on the Site are pre-owned luxury products. Product descriptions are provided with care, but buyers are encouraged to ask any questions before purchasing.
4. Sales Terms
4.1. Price and Payment: Watch prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment is made online via secure methods. Transactions are final and binding.
4.2. Delivery: Watches are delivered to the address provided by the buyer during the order process. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a firm commitment.
4.3. Withdrawal: In accordance with applicable legislation, the buyer has a period of 3 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized products or those with significant wear. Refunds are provided only after inspection by us. In the event of a return, please contact us beforehand to arrange the modalities and procedures.
5. Consignment
5.1. Consignment Process: Users wishing to consign a watch must complete a detailed form. After evaluation, a consignment contract will be established stipulating the sales conditions.
5.2. Commission: Fortuna Watches takes a commission on the final sale price of the product, the percentage of which will be specified in the consignment contract.
5.3. Payment to the Consignor: The consignor will receive the sale amount, minus the commission, within 72 hours after the product’s sale (after the withdrawal period has ended).
6. Personal Data Protection
Fortuna Watches is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data collected. The information gathered is necessary for managing orders and services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of Fortuna Watches. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
